

MK Fuller - Job Site Terms & Conditions & Code of Conduct
By entering and working on any MK Fuller job site, all contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and visitors agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions and Code of Conduct at all times.

Failure to adhere to these requirements may result in removal from site and/or termination of engagement.
1. Site Cleanliness & Hazard Management
All workers are responsible for maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe job site at all times.

All work areas must be kept orderly and free from unnecessary clutter.

Any materials, waste, or items that present a safety hazard must be removed or made safe promptly.

Rubbish, offcuts, and unused materials must be disposed of appropriately and not left on site or in surrounding areas.

Shared workspaces must be left clean and safe for others.
2. Respect for Neighbours & the Local Community
MK Fuller is committed to maintaining positive relationships within the communities in which we operate.
All workers must:

Be respectful and courteous to neighbours, pedestrians, and other members of the public.

Avoid unnecessary noise, disruption, or inappropriate behaviour.

Ensure site access ways, footpaths, and neighbouring properties are not obstructed or damaged.
3. Parking & Access
Workers must be mindful when parking in residential or surrounding areas.

Do not block driveways, footpaths, or access points.
-
Park legally and considerately at all times.

Follow any site-specific parking instructions provided by MK Fuller.
4. Approved Working Hours
All work must be conducted strictly within approved build hours: 7:00am – 5:00pm​

No noisy work is permitted outside of these hours.

Any variation must be approved in advance by MK Fuller management.

Workers must comply with local council requirements relating to construction noise and hours.
5. Compliance with Australian Standards & Building Codes
All work carried out on MK Fuller job sites must comply with:​

All applicable Australian Standards

Relevant building codes
-
Statutory requirements and regulations
Workers are responsible for ensuring their work meets best-practice standards at all times.
6. Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS)

All workers must follow all relevant SWMS at all times.

SWMS must be read, understood, and adhered to before commencing work.

No unsafe work practices are permitted under any circumstances.

Any hazards, incidents, or near misses must be reported immediately.
7. General Duty of Care
All workers have a general duty of care to:​

Work to the best of their ability in a safe, professional, and orderly manner

Take reasonable care for their own health and safety
-
Ensure their actions do not endanger others on site

Follow all site rules, instructions, and safety requirements set by MK Fuller
8. Acceptance of Terms
By entering and working on an MK Fuller job site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and Code of Conduct.
